We couldn't get into our room after the key broke off inside the lock as we were entering one night. The hotel offered no fix, leaving us without a room, and said we'd have to pay for either a replacement room or the repair because they considered it our fault. We weren't allowed to make a complaint or speak to the manager. The rooms are old and poorly maintained, and although they say check-in is available during set hours, there's never anyone there. A terrible hotel experience.

Every question I had was answered, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Thanks so much for the help. If I return to Prague, I'll definitely stay with you again.

We stayed over New Year's Eve and really enjoyed it. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and there was a fridge. The hotel was clean and in a perfect location, and the price for what you get is great 😊 Only thing we missed was a kettle, either in the room or at reception.

The door had problems, and my shower towel wasn't changed for all four days. I've stayed at lots of hotels around Europe, but this was the only one where they kept the same towel even after I complained at reception. They didn't have another towel for hands or anything either. Not worth staying here, and I won't come back.

There wasn't any parking at the hotel, even though a parking option appeared when we booked. We had to leave the car 2 km away. There is also no reception here, so check-in means walking about five minutes to Hotel Oya, something we weren't told during booking. The bathroom had no soap, and the hairdryer didn't work at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
