We got a great price by travelling in the off-season, which made the stay even better. It was quiet, clean, and cozy, and the breakfast had plenty of choice with fresh food. A really pleasant place to stay.

The reception staff made a real difference, especially Maria and Adriana, who were kind and gave us helpful ideas for things to see nearby. Everyone at the desk was friendly. We also loved unwinding in the clean, relaxing sauna after a long day out. Breakfast had lots of options for different tastes, and the location made it easy to explore the area without hassle. We had a lovely stay and would happily return and recommend it.

I went back that evening after checking out in the morning because I'd left my iPhone charger in the room. They said they hadn't found anything. I suspect housekeeping took it, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms are a good standard, and the hotel sits in a quiet neighborhood close to a metro line that goes right into central Prague. My complaint is about reaching them: after leaving my headphones in the room, I called around 15 times over seven days and emailed to ask if they could mail them back if I covered shipping. Nearly three weeks after my stay, there's still no reply and nobody answers the phone. Aside from this, I'd recommend the hotel.

The staff kindly kept our bags while we went to a concert. Rooms were spacious, clean, and pleasant, and the location is handy for getting around, with both metro and tram nearby. I'd recommend it to anyone.
