Labyrinth apartments by Ruterra

All four of us woke up covered in insect bites, and one person was affected badly enough to need cortisone. The place was small, the beds extremely uncomfortable, and it needs sanitizing. The kitchen and bathroom lacked basic equipment, and there was no wifi. We reported the problems and were told they’d be fixed, but nothing changed. This place should be removed.

I paid €2,000 for five nights, from December 28 to January 2. The apartment was small and dated, with little comfort, and the customer service was absent. Worst money I’ve ever spent.

We booked this apartment for a Prague trip with friends. It’s right in the centre, clean and really spacious, with everything we needed, including towels, bed linen, and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. There’s room for 8-10 people.

There’s lots of space, the beds are comfortable, and the linens were spotless. The apartment also has everything you need: a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. The view could use some renovation, but for the price and the amenities, it barely matters. I only missed slippers. The floors are cold, and walking around in outdoor shoes feels uncomfortable, while going barefoot leaves your feet cold.
