My husband, son, and I had a lovely stay at hotel deluxe. We especially want to thank Vladimir and Barbara at the front desk for their excellent hospitality and for always listening and helping. We loved the atmosphere, the good cleaning, and the lovely people around us. Everything was perfect, more than five stars. Keep it up 👌🌟

The team’s respectful, transparent way of communicating, and their focus on finding solutions, made a strong impression on me. It showed that guest satisfaction is taken seriously and reflected well on the hotel as a whole. Hotel Michael has a pleasant atmosphere and a professional setup, and it’s well located. I’d definitely consider staying there again on a future visit to Prague.

The staff made the place feel warm and welcoming. They were very polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean and well maintained too, with a modern, comfortable feel and thoughtful design. Free parking was convenient, and breakfast had a wide selection of fresh, tasty options. It’s in a peaceful, safe-feeling residential area, surrounded by nature and with good infrastructure. I had a wonderful stay, and it exceeded my expectations. I’d happily return.
