The house is nice, but the way it’s managed is a mess. We found grease in the kitchen and tissues under the sofa, and there wasn’t even reliable hot water. There were five of us, but only three chairs and a few dishes. Key arrangements were absurd: one set for everyone, needed even to use the elevator, while the stairs were blocked and there was no access code. And on a Saturday, nobody answered the phone. Wouldn’t repeat the experience.
