Penzion Ariane

The staff were helpful when I needed both a late check-in and a late checkout, and I had a great time here. It’s a cozy villa with parking on the premises and a bus stop next door. My room had a stove, fridge and microwave. I liked the 90s-style decor. I’d recommend it if you want a place with a bit more character than a hotel.

For €100 a day, this felt overpriced, and I had a safety concern. They agreed to my request for a late checkout, but while I was showering, the owner came into my bathroom without knocking.

We were completely satisfied with our four-night stay. Just the two of us got a family room, with a double bed, sofa bed, sitting area and TV, plus a kitchenette stocked with a fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, coffee, tea, sugar and salt. There was everything we needed. The bathroom had a toilet and bathtub, and the attic had two beds. The place felt cozy, with friendly staff and a family atmosphere. There are private parking spaces too. I’d give the location four stars because it’s farther from the center, though it’s easy to get around by bus. The nearest metro takes about 10 minutes to reach, depending on traffic.
