There's a tram stop opposite the house, and Lidi is close enough to walk to, so the location is convenient. The apartment is no frills, but clean and tidy, with very basic amenities. When I wrote this, pipe construction was happening outside. Two mobile toilets had been set up in front of the living room window, and the workers made a lot of noise from 7 am. I'd rate it 7 out of 10.
We only stayed one night, but this place would work well for several days too. Apartment no.1 was clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, which matters a lot to us when we travel. Both rooms had huge beds and flat TVs with lots of channels, Korean included. The bathroom was big, with a spacious douche. If you arrive early, you may get a parking space beside the house. Otherwise, you'll need to look around for somewhere to leave your “horse” ;)
Had a good stay. The place was really nice and clean :)

It's a quiet spot, with a little outdoor seating area beside the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped and there's a washing machine in the bathroom. The grocery store is 60m away, Vietnamese, but okay. Restaurant U Milionu is 200m away, for beer and 1* knee. Parking in front fits four cars, and the tram and bus stop are 100m away.
