Pure White

The staff were wonderful, and my room was clean and looked after every day. They were always available if we needed anything. We’ve just got home after four lovely nights in prague, and we’d happily stay at this hotel again. Thanks, and see you soon. The room was booked under my partner’s name, R Robinson.

We had a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is centrally located, which is handy if you’re without a car. I’d stay again. I mentioned in advance that it was my birthday, and they kindly upgraded us to a superior room.

About a 15-minute walk from the center and just 200m from the nearest metro and tram stops, the hotel is in a great spot. It’s a good budget option, with comfortable, clean rooms and really good service. Khris was so helpful, and Irina, who takes care of breakfast and the dining room, was a real highlight. The food was fresh and tasty, and her care really stood out.

The rooms were spacious and kept tidy and clean, and the hotel had a quiet, pleasant atmosphere. Staff were good, the price felt reasonable, and the central location made it easy to reach nearby attractions and public transport. There are a few things they could improve. Some areas of the room need brighter lighting. Sweetener for tea and coffee wasn’t out where guests could see it, and when I asked, it came in a small teapot rather than a packet. Breakfast was just okay, with no beans or hash browns, and the Pickwick tea bags weren’t particularly good. I’d have preferred something like Twinings or PG Tips. There was also no halal food option. I understand that Prague has a relatively small Muslim population, but it would have been helpful to have the chance to eat halal food at the hotel. It was a pleasant stay, and some of these improvements should be easy to make.
