There was no one on site to help when check-in went wrong, and the breakfast was the only part I had no complaints about. An attendant put out scrambled eggs, sausage, rolls and bread, deli meat, cheeses, cucumber, tomato, cereal, milk, pastries, plus a coffee and juice machine. At a glance, my room looked clean. The hotel sits under the flight path when Václav Havel uses runway 30, so light sleepers may have a hard time. I arrived at 9:30 pm to sleep before a morning flight. Google Maps said check-in was open until 11:30, but the property is behind a fence and a gate run by a separate parking company. To get through, I had to scan a QR code, open a website, pay, and call a number. There is a pedestrian gate, but the code the hotel gave me by phone didn't work. After parking, I needed a PIN for the lobby door. My booking company hadn't given it to me, so I had to find the hotel's number and call. The AI agent either had to provide the code or connect me to a person. At the check-in kiosk, I was supposed to get another PIN for the inner lobby door and my room. That's the only time the code appears, so you have to write it down or take a picture. Except my Agoda booking reference and guest number both failed. I called again, spent a few minutes with the AI and then waited for a human. They gave me the right number, and I entered my name, address, ID number, and phone at the kiosk. The kiosk also gave wrong Wi-Fi information, saying the network name was the password and that there was no password. If your phone doesn't work, you could be stuck outside. A person at the hotel would've helped, but there isn't one to ask about check-in problems or room cleaning and maintenance issues. The place wasn't horrible, but that setup was a lot to deal with.

If we'd known there was no receptionist at this unmanned hotel, we probably wouldn't have booked it. We arrived after hours and found that parking costs an extra 499 CZK through the MR. PARKIT app, and isn't part of the room price. You enter through a pedestrian gate. Before you arrive, check your email and complete online registration for everyone staying, so you can get the building entry and room codes. The room was already warm, around 80°F, which was welcome in the cold weather. One of the water bottles had been opened, though there were two or three others. Wi-Fi was free, and breakfast was decent, with deli meat and cheese, juice, coffee, milk, cereal, fresh fruit, and bread. The beds were clean. The adult beds were so firm they hurt my back, while the kids' beds were much softer.

I was dropping off a colleague and asked the receptionist politely if I could use the restroom. She said no. I then offered to pay, and she said yes, but when I asked the price she answered rudely, “95 euros.” A simple apology and explanation that the restroom was for guests would've been enough. The dismissive response felt completely unnecessary and inhumane, and left me with a very poor impression of the hotel's hospitality. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I know.

The service was helpful and everything went smoothly. It's a nice hotel close to the airport, though I wish the beds were softer so it would be easier to sleep. I took a taxi to the airport and recommend it, as it was much faster.

The code I was given wouldn't open the door, and nobody was around when I got there at 3 pm on January 28. I had booked through the Priceline website and waited outside in the cold for an hour and a half, hoping someone would show up. Nobody did. I ended up walking 5 km to the airport and waiting for my flight. I called the hotel the next morning to explain what had happened, but they started accusing me of doing something wrong, which I still don't understand. I'm trying to get my money back and they refuse to pay. It scares me more that staff acted that way. I travel a lot around the world and have never been as disappointed with a hotel. Book here if you want a miserable night like mine.
