The booking was cancelled at 6:30 the evening before our flight, less than 24 hours before we were due to arrive. My card had been declined because I’d changed cards between bookings, but I sent the new details within an hour of their email. After that, they wouldn’t answer calls or emails about the problem. The property itself may have been lovely, but the service we got was substandard. Absolutely disgraceful. They should be ashamed.

They cancelled our group’s booking the day before we were due to arrive. Emails got no reply, and they only answered calls now and then. It felt like they weren’t interested in renting their flats at all.

They cancelled my reservation less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, after really poor communication throughout. A very bad stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Our booking was cancelled the day before we were supposed to arrive. Not clever. I’d avoid this place at all costs.

A week before my arrival, they cancelled my reservation, saying there was supposedly an issue with my credit card. They gave us no warning beforehand, no timeframe, and no alternative. We used that same card later without any trouble. We tried every way we could to reach them, but they wouldn’t answer the phone or respond. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional.
