The location felt like one of the noisiest and busiest parts of Praga. When we got back, we had to step over people sitting outside the ukapra apartaments' door and their garbage. Getting up to the apartment was difficult too: the stairs are steep and dangerous, especially for children and older people. We were in the roof apartment with my husband and two daughters. The sofa was dirty and stained, the girls' bed was a mattress over a "futon" with too little space, and the mattress was crooked. Some of the lightshapes were broken. The lunch table could barely fit four plates. At reception, Veronica gave us a cover for the dirty sofa and another mattress for the girls, but said the table was fine because it was the same as the one shown on the website. It was a bad experience. I don't recommend it.

The location is the main thing this place has going for it. Getting luggage up and down all those steep, dangerous stairs was a real problem, and nobody had warned us about them. The sofa bed sits very low and isn't comfortable, and noise from the upstairs neighbors meant we couldn't rest. The front desk staff were rude and only seemed to be there to hand over the key and say goodbye. They weren't helpful. I wouldn't stay again.

We could walk everywhere from this very central spot, which was especially handy in the hot weather when we wanted to stop back for a break. The apartment was roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. I'd recommend it for a couple or a family.

The location couldn't have been better for the old town, and we had a very comfortable stay in a spacious apartment. The living area and bathroom were huge. The bed was quite basic, and a better mattress would help. I took off one star because some kitchen tiles were loose or broken and there was rust in the bathtub.
