It was a nice surprise to find the area safe for walking at night. The train station and tram stop were only a few minutes away, with restaurants, fast food places, and a shopping center nearby. Our room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel breakfast was really good. I’d recommend staying here and visiting the Prague Christmas market.

I spent 10 days at the hotel and liked it overall. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view, and the staff were kind and very helpful to us. The location is excellent. There was no free water, though, and I was surprised that at a five-star hotel you have to carry your own luggage to the room.

The rooms are cozy, the staff are welcoming, and the place is very clean. My only gripes are that the walls are a bit thin, the TV is limited when you plug in a USB to watch a film, and the vacation offers feel a little pricey. Those are minor things, though. Good place to stay, give it a shot :D

It’s a safe, very clean hotel close to the city center, and we were satisfied enough that we’d stay again if we return. When we mentioned the air conditioning wasn’t heating properly, they quickly brought a heater to our room and were very solution-oriented. The one downside was the lack of water in the room. They charge extra for it, unlike the complimentary water offered by many hotels around the world. That kind of small-minded practice feels unpleasant.
