The location is phenomenal, right in the Old Town. Charles Bridge and the astronomical clock are about a five-minute walk away. The apartment was clean, spacious, and open plan, with the living room behind a king-size bed, another king bed upstairs, and a mattress for two in the attic. Just bring toiletries. There's no AC, but the lower level didn't need it; upstairs did get a little hot. Entry through three digital doors felt totally safe. The five-storey building, with an elevator, is under UNESCO heritage protection and very well maintained. We were very satisfied with the accommodation.

Communication was horrible. If you book this place, take photos of the whole apartment. No one came to inspect it before we left, which seemed odd. After we checked out of two apartments, I found out a few days later they hadn't returned the full deposit. We paid €400 together, €200 for each apartment, but around €250 was taken from the deposit without any warning. I waited two days for anyone to answer my email. They said we had damaged one of the beds, but we hadn't done anything to it. We spent most of the time walking outside, and we know how to behave. When I asked for the date of the photo and other necessary information, they never sent any details or replied again. It ruined our weekend in Prague, and I was left feeling that these people were ordinary, arrogant thieves.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, and felt secure. Its location was superb, making it perfect for a city break to explore beautiful Prague. Highly recommend.
