The apartment was clean, roomy, and had a cosy wooden feel. The metro is only about a two-minute walk away, so getting into central Prague is quick. We felt right at home, thanks to Marie, who was such a lovely host. She even checked each morning whether we wanted eggs, and they were delicious. If you're after a good place to stay in Prague, this is it. Thanks for everything, Marie.
The metro is about 200 metres away, and it takes roughly 10 minutes to reach central Prague. The area itself is quiet and peaceful. This is a lovely family hotel, with very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Central heating kept us warm even with temperatures below zero. The hostess was especially kind and helped us with everything we needed despite the language barrier. I highly recommend it.
The owner was the highlight of our stay at Villa Betty. She was an older lady, so welcoming and helpful, and her warmth made the visit even nicer. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, and we enjoyed the simple but delicious breakfasts included with our stay. The villa is easy to reach by metro, making journeys to the city centre quick and straightforward. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.
It has a homely feel, like visiting relatives in the countryside. I gave five stars for the owner, who works very hard to keep everything tidy and clean. Finding the place can be tricky, though, as it's tucked among lots of little houses and narrow streets.
We've enjoyed our stays at villa Betty every time, and this was our fifth visit. Marie is a marvellous hostess. She speaks just a little English, but her eyes communicate wonderfully.
