The rooms matched the online pictures, and there was plenty of space. It’s a calm, serene place, and the customer service was top notch. They also put extra effort into keeping the facility clean. I’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Prague.

We stayed for nine days and liked it a lot. The staff were clearly busy making sure guests were happy. It’s a small hotel with character just outside the city, rather than a big four-star hotel downtown. If that’s what you’re after, it’s a nice place for the price.

Nearly a year later, I still remember how relaxing the staff made the stay for my friend and me. The location isn’t the best, though getting around by public transport is easy. Our room was huge, the bed was big, and the staff were always kind. They even let us check out late. We loved being able to wander around in our robes, and the private infusion baths were great and reasonably priced. For dinner, we usually had to eat out or order delivery, so keep that in mind. I’ve recommended the hotel to lots of people since, even though I missed the deadline to review it.

The staff were lovely, check-in was easy, and they explained how to get around on public transport. The tram stop is about an eight-minute walk, around 700 metres away, and trams 9 and 15 run every ten minutes to the city centre. We had a duplex apartment for six in a peaceful, prime spot, with a decent balcony view. The beds had unusual antique designs, and the rooms were well maintained with excellent interiors. The bathroom was very clean too. The hotel also has a spa and sauna, but we didn’t try them, so I can’t say anything about those.
