The hotel sits high among forests and nature, which made it a great starting point for walks and ski trips. The pool and jacuzzi look out over the scenery, and there’s also a café with a beautiful view. Getting from the parking area straight into the hotel is very convenient. There’s plenty here for families: play areas for children, a restaurant for when a child gets hungry, and a spacious, beautiful apartment. It was another wonderful family week, and I love coming back. The dinners were delicious, breakfast had a generous selection, and the service across the hotel deserves a gold medal. Communication with staff is easy, and they speak Polish too. A special thank you to Mr. Adam at reception for making early check-in and late check-out easy when we moved from a room to an apartment. The manager also let our child have dinner without charging, even though we chose to eat at the restaurant instead of taking the half-board option.

The facilities, spa, and underground parking are all great. But the mattress my family got felt like it was from the 80’s, with huge springs, and it was impossible to sleep on. They changed it for us, but for what they charge three people for a three-day stay, this really shouldn’t happen :(

If you’d rather be away from the center, this hotel gives you ski in/out access and a great ski room. There’s lots for little kids to do, and right outside you’ll find a ski school with the rentals and lessons you need. The food was clean and varied, served nicely, and changed during the week. The desserts were great too :) Everyone we dealt with, from reception and the kitchen to ski rental, bowling, and room service, was friendly, smiling, and helpful with our requests :)

Everything was alright apart from the beds. Their “double bed” is two singles pushed together, so we ended up sleeping in the gap. It seriously spoiled our cuddly trip. The area is good, and the hotel itself is good too, but we ran into lots of problems with reception.

We found the rooms clean but a bit dated and poorly lit. The breakfast was great, with sweet and savoury choices, good coffee, fruit, and vegetables. They also give free tickets for the cable car, about 1.5 km from the hotel. There were some downsides. Reception staff control the room heating, and even after I asked them to turn it down, it was too hot to sleep. The dinner buffet was very specific, with few options, and drinks cost extra. Parking, wellness, bowling, the boulder area, and everything else were charged on top of the stay. The baby aqua zone smelled so strongly of chlorine that it was hard to breathe, and my son coughed the whole time. The main pool was quite chilly and uncomfortable for children. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money if you book last minute at the higher price.
