We waited twenty minutes for a drink and eventually left without one. The waiter had clearly seen us, but kept prioritizing washing glasses over taking our order. We’d stopped during a hike hoping for a refreshing drink, but this place didn’t seem interested in serving restaurant guests or earning their business.

The staff were really friendly, and we had a lovely lunch break while hiking nearby. The garlic soup with cheese, ham, bread, and potato was a favorite. Definitely recommend it.

The rooms felt cramped and weren’t looked after well. The shower was only sometimes warm, and the water pressure was very weak. Staff didn’t even try speaking English or German. We also had two power cuts on the first day. Once the power was back, I was handed a replacement bulb to change the one that had blown, even though sparks had been flying.

The place was filthy, and our room never got cleaned. Service was rude, and when we questioned being charged more than the menu prices, they treated us as if we were imagining it. A horrible place.
