The rooms and showers turned out better than we'd expected, though our expectations weren't very high. The local beer was great, and the segedínský guláš was awesome. The other dish in the photo, kuřecí směs with rice, unfortunately wasn't very good, but it was fine.

I chose the economy room, and it was, well, pretty economically equipped, though it had everything a tourist needs. The included breakfast was really great, with a wide selection of different foods. The location is awesome, just a couple hundred meters from the mountain ridge and the Czech-Polish border. The one problem was that the restaurant didn't accept cards.

They wouldn't take card payment, so I left without buying anything. There was an ATM, but it was a Euronet ATM, which I think people should avoid because of its scammy business practices. I still gave three stars because on my previous visit a year ago, an employee repaired my shoe snow chains for free.

The people working there were the best part, so nice and friendly at the reception and in the buffet/restaurant. The rooms were clean and nice, the price wasn't too high for a mountain hotel, and breakfast was great too. Thanks for a pleasant stay : )

The rooms were fine, but the food was disappointing. It seemed to have only been reheated, and it was barely warm. One person in our group even threw up later. At breakfast, they served yogurt that was ten days past its expiry date.
