Rezidence Fami De Luxe Design

We left and spent an hour searching for somewhere else to stay. We'd booked a two-bedroom apartment for privacy and comfort on a business trip as two colleagues, but on arrival they had switched us to an ordinary double room without telling us. The receptionist said she'd saved us a thousand crowns, then, when I asked them to fix it, said the apartment was already occupied and there was nothing to do. She suggested separating the beds or finding another place nearby. No effort was made to sort it out. Asked why nobody had called, she said, “I don’t know.” It felt deeply disrespectful and very unprofessional. I can't imagine service like this, and I don't recommend it.

We'd booked a room for three adults, but were offered a double with an extra bed, leaving so little space that we couldn't move around. When we asked to change rooms, they said the place was full and that they didn't have three-bed rooms anyway. The communication was awful, and I found the response completely unacceptable. I can't recommend staying here.

The service was pleasant, and the area is really quiet. Breakfast was decent, if a little limited, though everyone should find something they like. In the room, the fridge was quite loud at night. The lack of proper curtains also made it harder to fall asleep, since the rotating blind doesn't cover the whole window.

We weren't at the hotel to review the restaurant, and it isn't even officially a restaurant. After a long wait, all we got was reheated pizza that was cold in spots and smaller than the menu described. It was overpriced too, and a normal plate seemed out of the question. I can't recommend it.
