We went for dinner, my boyfriend and I, and were very happy with the meal. The staff were really friendly. The outdoor tables were full when we arrived, so we sat inside. As soon as one opened up, they let us know and moved us outside. We had drinks and dinner, and the food was delicious. We'll definitely come back.

The traditional Czech restaurant serves delicious dishes at reasonable prices, especially on the daily menu. Some daily menu portions can be a bit small, though. The staff are okay.

We booked this place during a business trip, and it turned out to be a great surprise. The room was really comfortable, dinner was superb, and the guy who greeted us on arrival was just perfect. Congratulations!

We planned to stay nine nights over Christmas, but left after two. The accommodation was modern, spacious, bright and clean, but the service and food weren't resort quality. We weren't shown the pool or sauna, even though they were included in our booking. The receptionist said she'd check with her boss and get back to us, but never did. Breakfast was terrible and very limited, just yoghurt, rolls and jam. When we asked about the usual Czech breakfast items like cheese, cold meats and fruit, we were told they didn't have any. They also wouldn't toast bread for us. Before booking, they knew we were from Australia and we'd asked about satellite TV, but there were no English channels. The kitchen had very little equipment, with no frying pan or mixing bowls for preparing food, and no tea towels for washing cups. Room service was only half completed. The place is quite isolated, with just one bus, so you need a car. Restaurant prices are also quite high. We checked out and found another hotel in town with much better service, an excellent breakfast, English TV channels and a much lower price.
