Communication with the host was great. She was kind, showed us around, and gave us ideas for trips. The apartment was well equipped, with free salt, sugar, basic spices and tea, plus a capsule coffee machine where capsules cost 15. The wellness area had affordable chilled drinks in the fridge, including beer, cola, water and white wine. Red wine was in the little kitchen next door at room temperature. We stayed four days in the Panorama apartment with my husband and our two-year-old twins. The view over the baroque cemetery was striking, and it was nicely lit at night. The bathroom had a corner bath and two sinks, and the big bedroom had a double bed plus a sofa bed that fit two children comfortably. One thing to know: the jacuzzi and sauna mentioned online are in a separate area outside the apartments. Sauna use costs 250 and the jacuzzi 150. The sauna takes about half an hour to heat, but we enjoyed it. The indoor pool shown online as heated wasn't accessible, which was the only downside. For a family trip, it was an ideal place, especially in mid-February. Finally, someone who tries to make things comfortable for guests. Thank you!

The kids spent the day running around in the large playroom, and in the evening we played table tennis. There was also a pool, a great manager and a shop right beside the accommodation. We stayed for a week with the children in the amazing Panorama apartment. My husband and I had joked about vacationing in Střílek, but we ended up loving it. We usually don't go back to the same place, but we'll make an exception this time.
