What a disaster. The guesthouse had a really unpleasant smell, and there was dust everywhere and dirty dishes, even though the owner seemed helpful when we arrived. On the first day, he came into our apartment without telling us and left the keys in the dirty room. We’d rented the whole apartment. On Friday my friend’s boyfriend arrived, and the owner, who seemed to be under the influence of alcohol, became aggressive and unpleasant and threw him out at ten in the evening. We couldn’t reach an agreement, and he threatened to call the police. My friend, her child and her boyfriend left for home that night. We waited until morning because our children were asleep. In the morning, the owner wouldn’t even open the door so we could hand over the keys. We didn’t receive a tax document, and he didn’t ask for an ID either.
