It was easy to relax at Pension Ostravanka. The place is peaceful, the rooms are fairly spacious, and the beds have modern, comfortable mattresses. There’s no kettle in the room, but guests can use a very well-equipped kitchen with cooking facilities and a seating area. The prices are reasonable, and Mrs. Hlaváčková, the owner, takes excellent care of everyone. The wellness area has a large oval tub with jets, a heated sauna, a shower, armchairs, and candles. There’s no jacuzzi or double bed covered in that sort of “plastic” I’ve come across elsewhere, but cooled “slush” can be brought in without any trouble. It made for a really enjoyable, relaxing stay. If you’re doubtful, go see for yourself. I’ll definitely return.

The place was clean and nicely equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Our studio also had a kitchenette, and guests can use the shared room with table football. It’s close to the springs and Zbrasov Caves. We didn’t try the breakfast, and communication was quick.

A cozy, pleasant guesthouse, and the hostess was lovely. The one drawback I noticed was that there weren’t any restaurants within walking distance open for dinner.
