Pension Řepy

Students from the University of Mobile have stayed at Penzion twice, and on both visits we had excellent service and enjoyed the accommodations. I recommend Penzion Repy.

The bread and breakfast were amazing.

The owner was lovely and let us check in earlier and leave later. We could also make coffee in the equipped kitchenette, and breakfast was available. It’s a quiet place; the rooms are older, but everything works.

I called after making a reservation to ask about an extra bed for my three-year-old. The lady, who I assume was the owner, first accused me of failing to pass some information on to her son who worked there. I tried to explain that she had me mixed up with someone else, since this was my first call. When I asked about the bed, she said rudely that it was possible, but my child must not scream at night. I told her I couldn’t promise she wouldn’t cry. She normally sleeps peacefully, but who can guarantee that in a guesthouse? And surely people who work there should understand that. I ended the call and said I wouldn’t stay there. How can anyone behave like that?
