The rooms are nice and clean, with great water pressure and temperature. Breakfast is good and hot, and there are nearby restaurants serving delicious food. I’ll book again!

The receptionist was very nice and helpful, but that couldn’t save the hotel for me. I stayed here some weeks ago. A single room costs cca 50€, though the real value is 20 (sleep somewhere), with the rest going toward the location (Payer I). Almost everything is heavily used and old, and some furniture looks like an old office desk from a garage sale. Not recommended.

The thing that really makes this hotel a good place to stay is the staff. Lenka, the Manager, was incredibly helpful and generous with her time and advice. The location is great, and my room was really pleasant and clean. Breakfast had a good, wide variety. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a quiet spot that’s also right in the city centre, and the location is good. Everything is well managed, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with its own design. There’s parking and a minibar, and late checkout is possible. I just didn’t like having a bathtub instead of a shower. It’s a pleasure to stay here.

The location is good, and the receptionist was quite nice. But if you expect 4 star hotel service, you’ll be disappointed. This hotel doesn’t live up to a 4 star rating at all, so I gave it only 2 stars. The room was very basic, breakfast wasn’t anything special, and the mattress was horrible, I could feel the springs against my body. We arrived close to midnight and were given a defective room with a damaged door. We were moved to another room on a different floor, then the next day we had to move again to a room in another building. Housekeeping was the worst part. The DND card didn’t mean anything to them. They knocked even with it on the door and asked me to leave, yelling in a language I didn’t understand, so they could clean the room at 10am. There was nowhere else to hang out while they cleaned, and you can’t wait in the hotel lobby. The only seating was a small area in front of reception with two sad chairs, or the restaurant, which always seemed dark. For this kind of hotel and service, it’s overpriced.
