I was disappointed by my stay at the Oasis Hotel in Teplice. The rooms didn’t look like the photos. They were untidy, damp in the corners, and smelled unpleasantly of cigarettes and sweat. Hygiene was a serious issue and made it hard to feel comfortable. Staff communication and service also fell short. They weren’t friendly or professional, and didn’t respond satisfactorily when I raised my concerns. The whole stay was affected, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable place to relax.

Worst guesthouse. A joke of a day!!!!! I don't recommend it. The dirt is disgusting, and I won't even get into the location. Syringes on the window.

I stayed one night, and it’ll be my first and last time. The price in Teplice doesn’t match the condition at all. I’ve stayed in several hotels in this price range, and this was really awful. The room was completely bare, and despite the no-smoking signs everywhere from reception onward, there was so much else wrong. The bedding was dirty, with stains and hair in the bed, and I couldn’t tell if it had been washed. The walls were dirty, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t even had a basic clean, and chewing gum was stuck all over, including in the shower and by the bed. I won’t even get into the service. I just hope I don’t come away with scabies or bugs. Ugh, ugh, ugh.

Honestly, they’re lovely. I don’t understand Czech, but that’s another matter. The respect they show is number one 👍
