Breakfast was fine and filling, with eggs, sausages, beans, Lidl bread and yogurt, cereals, spreads, and butter. There wasn't much variety, though, and the orange drink was watered-down syrup. For the room prices, I expected fresher local food, especially with a bakery nearby. The coffee machine offers short or long coffee, with milk foam available if you ask. The old town location in the Jewish quarter is quiet and an easy walk into town. Parking behind the hotel is limited, and there's even less room in the garage, though reserving a garage spot helps. The reception is open until 8 pm. My room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed, desk, coffee table, and armchair. There was a minibar, but it was empty, and the foyer vending machine made that understandable. It sells sweets, chocolate, beer, and drinks. The room also had a TV, kettle, tea and instant coffee, and WiFi around 10/5 Mbit UL/DL. The shower had ventilation, though I didn't notice it working, and cleanliness could be better in some places. I appreciated the owners' reply. I mentioned Lidl because the dining room fridge had Pilos yogurt, which is sold there, and I spotted a small bakery on the street below while walking into town. I was trying to describe what a first-time guest would find, with both the positives and the negatives. What works for one person may not work for another, but the bread selection and orange juice seem easy to improve. I thought my rating was fair and quite favorable.
