Bright, open and comfortable, this apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and spacious, with comfy beds, a full kitchen, ski storage and parking. Some of the best accommodation we've found in Czechia. I'd happily recommend it.

The only thing I'd change is the TV setup. It can only be watched from the sofa, so a swivel stand or table would make it possible to see it from the bedroom too. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a shower that fit the space nicely. We stayed in January and the whole place was lovely and warm. The sauna was a great way to relax. Thanks for a pleasant stay, we'd highly recommend it.

We keep coming back to the Residence and are always happy with it. Apartment 202 was, as usual, spotless and perfectly prepared. We mostly visit in winter, when there are plenty of cross-country skiing trails near Třechy studní. The infrared sauna is great too. :)

The infrared sauna was a lovely bonus and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Everything was ready for us, beautifully clean, and the cozy setting exceeded our expectations. We appreciated all the equipment and didn't miss a thing. We felt great here and enjoyed the stay to the fullest. Many thanks for such lovely accommodation.
