There's plenty of free parking, and the hotel is near both the city center and the sports center and summer pool. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is great each morning. The room isn't top-standard, but it was fine for resting and had everything I needed.

We stayed five nights, and the room wasn't cleaned after the first day. The little bins overflowed, and even after we asked, we didn't get more toilet paper. We ended up buying slippers to use the dirty shower. The bathroom was dirty too, with missing wall tiles, no shower curtain, no hand soap, and no hairdryer. The door didn't lock or close properly, so we had to leave the toilet door open. The room was disgusting and nothing like the advertised photos. It seems they used pictures of a few renovated rooms upstairs, but we were on the 3rd floor, where the carpet and walls had brownish stains everywhere. We even saw a cockroach as soon as we walked in. When we complained, the staff were unfriendly and said it was "not a big problem." This place is a health risk. Don't go.

We found cockroaches in the room, but the personnel didn't care when we reported it. The floors and walls were marked with stains, and the photos used to sell the rooms didn't match what we got. Apparently, some of the upper-floor rooms have been renovated, but not all of them. There was no shower curtain, so water went all over the bathroom, and with the dirty floor we had to wear slippers. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the toilet seat was unstable. This isn't a 3-star hotel and isn't worth the health risk. Cockroaches can carry diseases like salmonella and diarrhea.

I was there for 6 nights, one booked through booking and five through the Brutal Assault organization. The room was cleaned only after the first night. I asked reception twice to clean it, but it never happened. There was carpet throughout the room except in the bathroom, so it really needed careful cleaning. Worst hotel experience I've had. I definitely won't return.
