The beds were cosy, and everything was clean and well cared for. You can see they've put effort into the place. Nicely done.

The location worked really well, close to the train station and plenty of restaurants, and the view was lovely. Our room was spacious and well equipped, with a desk and iron, plus a comfortable bed, hot water, and a choice of coffee and tea. It was quiet too, which suited a business trip. Breakfast was good, and the reception staff were amazingly sweet and helpful.

The check-in experience could've been better. Apart from that, the hotel was good, and breakfast was very good with nice service.

Came here as a tour leader with a 14.5 mtr coach. All the guests are happy, and everything works. A really nice hotel!

The location was the only real plus. The rooms weren't well maintained: the bathrooms had mold, and two of ours had broken shower heads. Breakfast was below standard, and the coffee wasn't drinkable. For the region of Ústí nad Labem, I found the price and quality a bad match. The pricing also felt semi-legal. The website listed its prices as "estimated," and at checkout I was charged approximately 13% more per night than we'd originally arranged. They used a very bad euro exchange rate, 26.50 CZK = 1 EUR, which added about 8 Euro per night. I pointed out the discrepancy to the front desk lady, Jana Vancová, and asked to pay the agreed amount in Euro. I got rude, unhelpful behavior in response. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry!
