Sporthotel Relax

The staff were friendly and attentive whenever I had questions, and the common areas were clean and looked after. My room, though, was in poor shape. The carpet had visible stains, the curtains were dusty, the furniture was worn and scuffed, and a musty smell hung around. The linens didn't feel fresh, and the old, uncomfortable mattress left my back sore every morning. The bathroom sink smelled foul, like mildew and stagnant water. I told the front desk, but nothing was fixed during my stay. The shower water had a strong sulfur-like odor too, so it was hard to shower and I still felt unclean afterward. Breakfast was a letdown: although there was a decent selection, the eggs tasted artificial, the pastries were stale, and the fruit seemed past its best. The breakfast spread was terrible. I also tried room service one evening, and that meal was just as unappetizing. For the price, I expected a lot better. These problems made the stay quite disappointing and affected my comfort.

We arrived in the middle of the night as a large group and waited 20 minutes before they let us in. The service was very poor, and they mixed up our rooms. It was a terrible experience.

The weather's really good today.

Great.
