We found the guesthouse quiet and well placed for getting to Mariánské Lázně. There’s a bus stop right outside, and the train station is about 1.6 km away along a paved sidewalk. For groceries, there’s a small shop on the same street and a Billa supermarket around 1.7 km away. The spa park in the center is 3.6 km away, either through the village or by a forest path. The owner cooks breakfast and dinner using traditional recipes. Portions are generous, with plenty of sides, and dietary needs can be accommodated if requested. The rooms were very clean and had a TV, shower and toilet, kettle, plates, cutlery, and shampoo. Noise from other rooms can carry because soundproofing is limited. There are forest walks toward the spa town, trails by a pond and stream, and a natural swimming spot nearby. The guesthouse has basic room amenities, meals on site, and direct bus access to Mariánské Lázně.
