I had an emergency and had to cancel our stay. I provided police and medical reports, but Apartments still didn’t refund the money. It’s a shame. There’s been no contact from Apartments for three weeks. Booking has tried to reach them too, but there’s been no response.

The owner was very nice and helpful, and tried to accommodate everyone. The apartments were clean and tidy, with an equipped kitchenette and a balcony in each one, which I especially appreciated. The pastry shop downstairs could be a little noisy, though evenings were peaceful apart from the stream babbling. A pleasant, restful stay, and nothing was missing.

We were met by a very nice, helpful lady who handed over the apartment. It’s spacious, has all the kitchen equipment, and a lovely terrace with flowers and seating. The location is excellent, right in the center and close to the thermal baths.

For an affordable price, you get a very well equipped apartment in beautiful accommodation right in the center of Velké Losiny. I highly recommend it.

There’s a small refrigerator, kitchen appliances, dishes, and a TV in the apartment, plus an intercom in the room. It was clean and had what we needed. Nearby there’s a kebab shop, pizzeria, and cafeteria, though the cafeteria is a bit of a mixed bag. I’d still highly recommend it!
