The owners are really warm and kind, and the area is quiet. Rooms are very clean, renovated, and have their own bathrooms. Nothing fancy, but there's everything you need. Both houses have a kitchen guests can use, and there's a lovely garden with tables and chairs to relax in. Parking is free. You can also use the sauna for 300kr per person. The price is reasonable, and if you're visiting Český Krumlov, I'd suggest this place. The only downside is no air conditioning, though you don't really need it much.

I checked in at about 1:30 p.m., and just half an hour later there was a lot of noise while the owner repaired the shared kitchen. My room was fairly clean, warm, and the heating worked. But the kitchen shared by three rooms was a mess. A family was cooking there, and the whole room smelled awful. The breakfast situation was the last straw. The website and the accommodation rules say you can order breakfast for 150 CZK, but the owner told me it was no longer available. He said it quite arrogantly, telling me I had a shared kitchen, even though it wasn't clean anymore. I was disappointed and can't recommend this accommodation. I feel they lied to me.
