The room and facilities were fine, and air conditioning wasn't needed during our stay with temperatures around 24-26 C, though it might be useful in a heatwave. The location was good, with free electric car charging, including a dedicated Tesla destination charger. The lake beach had good quality, sunbeds and a bar, and wellness was available at an affordable extra cost. Breakfast was good, if not exceptional. There was only one coffee machine, which led to long lines. The scrambled eggs didn't look appealing to me, and empty food trays were refilled slowly, so there were times with fewer breads and cold options. Some restaurant waiters seemed inexperienced and didn't know the dishes well. The bartender served a Martini without ice or lemon in a wine glass, but was still kind and welcoming, so I don't count that as a negative.

We could hear another family through the bedroom walls, either because they were thin or the rooms were too close together. Still, the hotel and staff were great, and the three course dinner was a pleasant surprise. I didn't expect the restaurant food to be so good. I'd definitely recommend it.

The view of the lake from the apartment balcony is enough to brighten your day. It's a lovely resort, and the restaurant is very good.

The location is wonderful, and the picture says it all. We also booked through the official website and got pickup from the train station, which was really convenient since I don't have a car. The restaurant surprised me with how delicious everything was. I'm picky about meat, and the dishes I tried were excellent. The staff were lovely, especially Jenn, who made our evening special. Her English is very good and she's sweet. The room was normal rather than luxurious, which was fine with me. I also tried the Thai massage because I like firm pressure, and it was just what I expected. I'm very happy I chose this hotel, and I'll add more details when I have time.

The hotel was clean, with a comfortable bed, a good shower, and strong Wi-Fi. Breakfast had fairly few options. The restaurant served delicious food that was nicely presented, though the portions were very small. Our waiter mixed up the orders twice and wasn't very friendly. Be aware that pool access isn't guaranteed for hotel guests. We were charged the full price instead of 75% of the usual rate, despite being asked for our room number upfront.
