Mr. Kadlec was incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I’ve also had a great experience staying in his apartments with my family. We came to the cottage with a group of children, and it was well equipped, clean, and cozy. It’s especially suited to a larger group of around ten or more. There’s room for quiet downtime, hiking, barbecues, or just having a drink with friends. You can swim in a pond about 2 km away or at the pool in Volary, about 4 km away. If you’re looking for a place like that, you can’t go wrong here.

The pizza was delicious, and the owner was really nice and helpful. Everything was clean and ready for us, with no smells or mess, and the place and surrounding nature were great. The fridges, toilets, and everything else worked as they should. Pecka, the best. I recommend it. 8. and 9. A

We had a very relaxed weekend teambuilding here, and it was close to perfect. The owner arranged a great spread for us, with sliced bowls, canapés, tartare, and pickled vegetables. We also ordered pizzas, which arrived at the agreed time and tasted delicious. The cottage worked really well for our group: enough outlets, an outdoor smoking corner, large enough fridges, a good bedroom layout, and parking spaces. Thanks again!

The owner was so pleasant and helpful, sorting out every problem and doing what we asked. We also ordered dinner from their pizzeria several times. The cottage is in a good spot for walking around and taking trips nearby. It’s almost secluded, right by the forest, and is renovated, clean, and has everything you need. We came with friends and eight children of different ages, and it suited everyone. There were nine adults and eight children, and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen, bathroom, and garden had everything needed for the kids. The built-in kitchen tap was especially popular with the men. I can only recommend it.

The owner was kind and helpful, even offering us a ride to the train when the rain started. Lovely views, and there’s a pond nearby too. We’ll be back.
