There’s plenty to explore nearby, with skiing about a 15-minute drive away in winter and hikes along Bílý potok (White stream) in summer. At the hotel, you can spend a rainy day in the sauna, Whirlpool or bowling, but book those in advance. It’s a cozy, modern 3-star place with friendly service and a decent restaurant. Food can take a while, though, and the prices seem fair for what’s offered.

Our family was very pleased with the stay. The buffet breakfasts were plentiful and tasty, and the rooms were lovely. I only wish they had a refrigerator.

It’s clean and fine for a night’s sleep, though it feels more like a hostel. The staff were very nice. Breakfast, on the other hand, was limited and not especially tasty.

The cook deserves a special mention. She’s a kind, willing person and a really good cook. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too.
