The owner was really nice and helpful, and the place was clean, lovely, and inexpensive. We had a ground-floor room with a very well-equipped kitchenette. It’s in a quiet spot, a great base for hiking, and the bus stop is nearby. There’s also a big pergola with a fireplace in the garden.

We had room No. 4 downstairs, with two beds and a lamp beside each one. It was clean and had a kitchenette with a single-burner stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, dishes, jar, towel, and sponge. There was also a bathroom with a shower, a larger and smaller towel for each person, sink, liquid soap, toilet, and toilet paper, plus a TV, Wi-Fi, two armchairs and a table, and a wardrobe. Mrs. Žáková was pleasant. The quality for the price met our expectations very well. We praise and thank you. 6/2023

We were very happy with our stay. Mrs. Žáková was lovely and helpful, and we had a nice double room with its own kitchen and bathroom. It was peaceful, and we could sit out in the garden. Highly recommended. :)

The room was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette, and the location was pleasant, in a quiet part of Vrbno but still close to the center. For such a low price, it went beyond what I expected. A lot of comfort for little money.
