I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily return. The pension is a short walk from the square, in a quiet spot, and the price per person is reasonable. If you arrive late, the room keys are kept in safes. I can't rate the service because I was accommodated outside the restaurant's opening hours. I was also lucky to find a taxi, which cost 50 CZK to Zábřeh.

This was the first and last time for me. The food was either tasteless or oversalted, and the prices felt too high. The 149,- menu includes soup, but they charged the full price and gave it to me without the soup??? The toilet quality wasn't good either, and the broken door speaks for itself.

At the Tučňák guesthouse in Zábřeh, the service was pleasant and very helpful. The food was well prepared, tasty, and seasoned just right. The Kofola was nicely chilled 👍🏻, and both the espresso and cappuccino were excellent too.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were so kind, and the service was pleasant. Very satisfying.

The rooms are the biggest letdown, honestly a joke. On the plus side, the service is the strongest thing here, and the restaurant food is good too, except for breakfast.
