Breakfast had a very good range and quality, and the staff were lovely, speaking English and, in some cases, German. The hotel is peaceful and set in nature, while still not too far from Marianske lazne. I’d definitely stay again. The room was comfortable, though it showed its age. The walls and wallpaper were cracked, and sound carried between rooms. The bathroom was very nice, with a large bathtub. Sadly, the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, so we had to use mobile data.

We were very satisfied with the three-course dinner, from the appetizer or soup through the main and dessert. You can take dessert to your room, and they can prepare vegetarian meals if you let them know before arrival. On our last evening, the kitchen made me a dinner on request, which was excellent, and I really appreciated it. The waiters were very helpful. Half board is worth recommending, though dinner is served only from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., which could be tight if you’ve spent the day in the city center. We had a really great two-night stay at this nice four-star hotel. Check-in was quick, and the staff were pleasant throughout. Our clean, fresh-smelling room had a balcony and a smart TV with Chrome Cast. Breakfast offered a varied selection of sweet and savory, hot and cold options, replenished on time. Fresh smoothies are tucked away at the back. A few practical details: the city tax is 25 CZK per person per day, parking is 150 CZK per night, and wellness costs 200 CZK per person for one hour. You have to present a payment card on arrival as a guarantee. I highly recommend the hotel.

We’ll definitely come back. The staff were attentive, kind, helpful, and professional, and breakfast was great. Nature all around the hotel makes it a peaceful place to unwind, with nice walks nearby.

The location is great for skiing and walking, and there’s a local bus stop close by for trips to Lázně and back. The staff were super helpful. The rooms are good quality, though the walls are a little thin and it can get noisy. Breakfast can feel chaotic at times, and hopefully they get the second coffee machine fixed soon. I’d recommend the hotel.

There’s zero tolerance for drinking and driving in the Czech Republic, and the nearest other restaurant is 4 km away, which makes this especially inconvenient. The restaurant’s idea of a reservation seems completely different from mine. Even if you arrive on time, they may give your table to another guest, so apparently you need to show up 30 minutes early or find somewhere else to eat.
