You can hear everything through the walls, and the place felt more like a slightly improved hostel than somewhere comfortable to stay. The walls were bare, cracked, dirty, and covered in cobwebs in every room, and the seat cushions were revolting. The shower swung between boiling and cold water. There was no oven, the toilet paper was the cheapest kind, and the pillows were tiny and slipped out of their cases. The couch was torn, and you had to twist the bulbs to get the chandelier to light up. For what it costs, it’s quite expensive.

Apart from the cleaning, it was a very nice apartment with everything equipped. Dust was left everywhere, the bed hadn't been made, and the bathroom was in a state too. Luckily, the caretaker kindly made the beds and brought us clean towels. We were unlucky with the cleaner, who must have been on vacation. One star off for that.

The house is poorly soundproofed, so you can hear noise from the hallway. There can also be occasional problems with the equipment, with something missing or not working, though that's something you can overlook. The apartments are nice, with the ski area close by. In summer, it's a handy base for trips to Černé and Četrovo jezero, among other places. The train station is about a seven-minute walk away.
