We’ve been bringing school groups here with our children for years and have always been happy with the visits. The owner is lovely, the food is consistently excellent, and everyone is treated so well. Just a great place 😊
The food was poorly prepared, and when we asked for gloves to be used while serving it, we were rudely told, “Bring them yourself.” The manager was unpleasant and showed little respect for the guests. At the end of our stay, he expected us to leave the rooms perfectly clean. I can’t recommend this place.
There was dust and dirt everywhere, and the food was handed to us with bare hands as though we were animals. After I got home, I spent hours throwing up. I later found out the rest of the class had been sick too. I ended up in hospital on an IV, and I wasn’t the only one. I’ll never stay here again.

The hosts made the stay a joy, even getting up early to make breakfast so we could get to our running races. They were incredibly thoughtful and cooked us delicious vegan food. The simple, cozy room was clean and smelled fresh, with everything we needed for a mountain stay. If we return to Špičák, we’d definitely choose this place again. Thank you! :)
