The staff were friendly and really accommodating, and the hotel is clean, functional, and well kept, with spacious rooms. It wasn't great for soundproofing, though. You could hear footsteps and doors banging, especially the percussion. The rooftop DJ night was too loud to talk over, and the music wasn't great.

The room was comfortable and good quality, and the hotel is close to the Christmas market while still away from its busiest stretch. Parking was a real hassle: there weren't spaces for guests or a sign saying so, and several cars ended up trying to maneuver around the small lot. Breakfast was awkward too. The coffee machines are far from the rest of the food, and gluten-free options aren't marked, so you have to ask staff.

We keep coming back, and we'll definitely stay here again. The city center location is great, the rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast is a highlight, with lots to choose from and a wonderful city view. One of the best hotels we've stayed at.

That rooftop view and lovely terrace made breakfast a nice experience, though the buffet itself was more limited than we expected. It had the usual basics, but not the hash browns, pate, or salmon slices we were hoping for. We booked just a few hours before arriving for a one-night stay and arranged parking at the hotel. The underground garage was full, but a very kind receptionist helped us find a spot for €26 a night. Our room was bright and clean, with a stocked free minibar. The open bathroom was the main drawback. Its light is so bright that getting up to use the toilet at night is unpleasant, and taking a quiet shower before your partner wakes up isn't really possible. The shower is separated from the bed by open-top glass only about 50 centimeters away, with no sound insulation. We liked the hotel, but that bathroom setup and the missing buffet items each cost it half a star for us.
