The suite has some nice touches, like the Nespresso machine, though four cups for two people feels a little sparse. As someone who owns a smart home, I like the idea, but the shortcomings are quite noticeable. You're 90% of the way there. I know the last 10% is hardest, so keep improving. The setup process for controlling the room needs work. Guests who aren't tech savvy will have no chance, and it doesn't need to be that way. It would also be an easy improvement to save each guest's language and show it correctly on the controls, welcome screens, and touchscreen. The fridge barely gets cold. The bedroom Chromecast doesn't work, and there's no support for it. The TV is too dim to adjust, and even at full volume it's too quiet. The bed's reading lights don't respond to the controls. The room's color settings aren't split between the "workspace" and "bedroom".

The room was spacious and had a city view. Best hotel ever.

The food was excellent, and I loved the place. The staff were perfect, especially the young woman serving breakfast. She was very helpful and friendly, and they spoke English. Everything is handled by computer and card, so it's quite high tech, but once you get used to it, it's fine. We ran into a couple of glitches, and the staff sorted them out as soon as we let them know.

I booked through booking.com weeks ahead, then needed to change the date. I've never had that be an issue at other hotels. I sent the change request twice and tried calling, but nobody answered the phone. I left a callback request and they never called me back. They ignored the rebooking request completely, just so they could keep the money from the original booking. Absolutely horrendous to book with. Terrible service, and I do NOT recommend them. I was going to book weekly for business, but I won't be staying with them.
