Landhaus Questin

The surroundings in Questin are beautiful and rural, and the owners are nice, but the apartment was misrepresented. Booking.com said there were two beds, when it was actually a fold-out bed. Once opened, it was uncomfortable and took up half the room, and it was impossible for two people to sleep on. We'd booked for 14 days, but left a week early and asked for the remaining amount back. We got a "friendly" email and no refund. Thanks for nothing. I absolutely can't recommend it. There was no cell phone reception at all, so contacting the outside world was impossible. The advertised Wi-Fi barely worked, about 80% of the time it was unreliable. The house had such poor soundproofing that the guests upstairs felt like they were in the same room. The apartment door is right by the stairs to the larger apartment, so sleeping there felt like being at a train station.
