We’ve been back to the Kasimir holiday apartment in Altenau several times, and keep enjoying our stays. The beds are comfortable, and there’s a nice balcony to sit on in the sunshine. It’s also a handy base for visiting the Brocken mountain, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

The apartment layout is actually quite decent and works for three people. There’s one very small room with just two beds, though, so four people would need to get along really well to avoid getting on each other’s nerves. But mold in a vacation rental is unacceptable. For anyone with lung disease, it’s a nightmare. Have you considered what you’re asking guests to put up with? Apparently not. Such a shame.
