The food was superb, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was excellent.

We stayed for two nights, and this was one of the worst campsites I’ve been to. The tent area is right beside a busy road, so it’s extremely noisy. Don’t be misled by Google, there’s no lake or anything nearby. There’s no electricity and nowhere to wash dishes. The service was okay-ish, but with all those downsides, I think it was overpriced.

The motorhome park is pretty basic, but the people are friendly. The loos and showers are clean, if a bit old, and are actually in the hotel basement. The suspension bridge about a five-minute walk away is the best part. For electric hookup, you need someone with a key, so ask and pay at the hotel reception.

Really lovely hotel, with delicious food and friendly staff.

The showers were great, but the place is basically a parking area with a field for campers and a guesthouse. I'd only suggest it for an overnight stop while passing through.
