Bavaria Lifestyle Hotel

The breakfast was exceptionally good, and the staff were genuinely Bavarian and very friendly. It's a lovely hotel, with a swimming pool, and some rooms have their own sauna or whirlpool.

The room advertised online as having a steam room looked beautiful, but what I got was a single room with what was basically a plastic shower and built-in steam function. It was appalling and had nothing to do with the pictured room. Maybe other reviewers got better rooms, but what I saw felt close to deception. I definitely didn't find the "pure wellness" advertised, and I won't stay there again if misleading pictures are involved. There were other problems too: no cosmetic mirror, an impractical motion-activated bathroom light that left me suddenly showering in the dark, thin walls, and a worn-out mattress. At checkout, nobody said anything like "I hope you had a pleasant stay." But the main outrage was that huge gap between the website's steam-room picture and the plastic shower I actually found.

I especially liked the extensive breakfast, with its regional specialties. The modern rooms were very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My stay at the Bavaria Lifestyle Hotel was wonderful.

The rooms and buildings were neat and clean, and the food was excellent. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and the staff were friendly and competent. The manager was around himself, checking on the hotel and ready for a quick chat with guests. There's a lovely indoor pool you can glimpse through a small window in the floor as you enter. The many themed rooms are all individually designed, so no two are alike. Some have saunas, others whirlpools, special baths, or waterbeds. It's a really great idea. Highly recommended!
