The hotel was very accommodating with our unusual schedule, even making us a delicious late-morning breakfast just the way we wanted it. We felt really well looked after. It’s recently under new management, which may explain why our experience differed from some older reviews. A fantastic little place, and I’d recommend it 100%.

Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh bread and rolls, and scrambled eggs available if you order ahead. The owners were warm and friendly, and happy to suggest good cycling routes. There were cold drinks in a fridge at reception, and you could use the kettle in the breakfast room. I felt completely at ease here. The charming rooms had everything I could want, including a TV, shower and toilet, private refrigerator, and desk. A paradise for cyclists, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. I’ll gladly come back.

Back around 2018, I spent a few days there on my own while going through a really tough emotional time. The owner connected with me through his vivid, true stories about the recent past, giving me a brief escape into a different world. Thank you! Excellent value for money. I’d love to return. Highly recommended. Best wishes from southern Germany.

The rooms look lovely, and for the price they’re excellent. The outside is a little dated, so your first impression might be “Wow.” But the rooms are beautifully done, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast service was fantastic too. We’d love to come back.
