We had such a relaxing stay and are heading home happy. The landlords were friendly, the place was clean and modern, and dogs are allowed by arrangement, so check first. There are bakeries and restaurants nearby. We were lucky to get snow at the end of the year. If you love the Ore Mountains’ Christmas atmosphere, you really should visit during the holiday season. 🫶🏼 We came home with some beautiful handcrafted wooden pieces. They don’t cost Aldi prices, of course, but the prices are fair for things made with such care. Simply beautiful, and good for the heart and soul. The New Year’s reception beside the small pond was wonderful too.

Right in the heart of Annaberg-Buchholz, this is a small, practical place for a holiday. It has everything you need, and dogs are welcome too.
